Gloria Gengen Emerges As Face of New Nigerian Diva Season 2

Amidst pomp and glitz, the season two of New Nigerian Diva held at the popular Mozida Club, Toyin Street of Lagos State with Gloria Gengen emerging as the winner and face of this year's New Nigerian Diva, alongside two others.

The grand event which held recently had Myke Pam Mbala as the presenter, who after much tension in the hall pronounced Gloria Gengen from Delta State as the winner, while Lucile Onazi from Benue and Ogechi Eluwa from Abia State followed up as first and second runner up.

The student of Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro, who is still basking in the euphoria of her crowning as the Face of NN Diva expressed so much joy having emerged as the winner. She also stressed that her prime concern evolves on how to unveil efficient and impacting programmes that will carry her throughout her reign.

However, it could be recalled this year that over 4,000 beautiful and brainy Nigerian females participated for the search. As promised, they all went through several contests namely: acting, modeling and singing at the different locations in Owerri and Lagos. Out of these, 30 contestants were selected and invited to Lagos for the final selection process.

Meanwhile, the final selection which had 30 females being camped in a house for a period of time also had top Nollywood actor, Leo Mezie, the Zarokome crooner, Adez and a few of other personalities as in-house judges that carefully selected 15 for the final contest.

Amongst jury made up of top Nigerian celebrities, namely: Benita Nzeribe, Malcoholic Onyeyiri and Olie G, the event also unveiled an opportunity for award presentation to the likes of Hajia Amina Dangaji, Barr. Nnamdi Obi, Chief Aham Roland Okoro of Westlog wines, Alhaji Oluomo and host of others who have contributed to the growth of entertainment in Nigeria.
